The Charity was founded in 2015 by the late John Cox. John was keen to’ give back’ to the UK design community with the purpose of helping students and developing design education for the benefit of the UK economy.

New ‘Give Back’ donors are welcome…

If you would like to ‘give back’ too to the UK design community in a similar way then the DESIGN EDUCATION TRUST Board would be happy to hear from you.

You may like to donate funds for one or more of the following:

Anonymously to allow more general charitable activity.
A lump sum for the Trust Fund to support income.
A specific sum for a one-off Scholarship.
A sum for investing in the Trust Fund to provide an annual ‘Fees Scholarship’ in your name.
A donation to support expenses of students’ project work in a particular course.

Support of an exhibition for design students and young practitioners.
A travel scholarship for a student.
Support for the ‘Private View’ expenses of an event.
Support of a Symposium on a topic of mutual interest.
Other ideas of yours.

Donations are administered for purpose they are intended. An administration fee will be necessary as part of the donation and this will depend on the purpose.
